Our F-8 Trainer, the perfect “Beginner’s Choice! This is the airplane to get the beginner started in RC flying, in a safe, fun and INEXPENSIVE way. The high-wing aileron trainer offers the beginner a stable, forgiving and robust airplane with which to quickly master the basics of RC flight. While docile and predictable, it is still capable of primary aerobatics when the RC pilot is ready. Its 65” wingspan makes it easily transportable, yet big enough to have the desirable flying characteristics of larger models. The wing is secured with rubber bands, greatly reducing the probability of damage from a bad landing. A steerable tricycle landing gear makes ground handling easy and fun. Its wide speed range insures good low-speed control and exciting maneuverability at higher speeds. |

Construction: The F-8 Trainer is an ARF (Almost Ready to Fly) powered airplane. Modern CNC-machining and high-tech building techniques are employed, using top-quality balsa and plywood for the structure. The Trainer is covered with your choice of either German Oracover (Ultracote), which guarantees long-term protection and good looks, or a cheaper, but lower-quality Chinese iron-on covering. The model comes with a very complete set of accessories, including wheels and tank. Only the electric motor and speed-controller, or 2-stroke glow engine (your choice), and RC gear are needed to get this hard-working trainer into its element! The perfect advertising media: The whole plane can serve as your “business card” or to promote your own products. On orders of 100 or more, a four-color finish of your own design is included, i.e. lettering, company logo, or advertising message. Many variations are available!
