The robbe-Bellanca is not only ideal to work as a glider-tug for the robbefiber sailplane models, but also, an attractive high-winger for basic aerobatics. The effective flaps allow impressive short take-off and easy, successful landings. The model is a scale model of the well known Bellanca 7 Citabria. It has been designed from day one for optimum practicality. Therefore, th fuselage length has been slightly increased, which improves the flight performance, such as when glider towing. the wings and tail surfaces are manufactured, like the fuselage in laser-cut wood. The complete model is covered in original Oracover® film. The tough undercarriage and the scale wing-struts are not only functional, but also complete the overall impression. The epoxy cowling and spats are finished ready to assemble. The fuselage floor has a ready-made tunnel to accommodate the engine silencer system. The tow release is machined from strong aluminium and comes already pre-installed. All flying surfaces are finished and need only to be hinged to complete. Hardware and wheels are also included with the model.
